Apple Cinnamon Chimichangas

Apple Cinnamon Chimichangas

So, I thought I would give you all a change and do a dessert.  Now, it’s still a 5 ingredient recipe because I’m just on that kick right now, so this is super simple and quick.  And who doesn’t like that, seriously?  We weren’t all made to be gourmet chefs, at least I wasn’t!  I hope you enjoy it, I know I will because I do love apple cinnamon anything!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Mushroom Pork Chops

I have just been in this KISS mode, keep it simple sweetie!  I hate recipes that take chef experience to create, God bless those who can do those recipes, but I like things simple.  So, I’ve been googling simple recipes and came across this one and thought it looked good enough to share.  I love mushrooms and I love pork chops, so how can you go wrong with this recipe!  Enjoy!

Chicken Walnut Cheese Wrapped in Bacon

Chicken Walnut Cheese Wrapped in Bacon

I googled 5 ingredient recipes just to see what would come up because sometimes there is no “too simple” – you’ve worked all day, the house is a disaster, you need to feed your family but all you want to do is go to bed and forget the day.  I know, I’ve been there this week.  So, I thought I would just look for the really simple and like I said earlier, see what I find.  These look really good and seem simple enough.  And you get to pound the crap out of the chicken which might help let off some steam, added bonus in my book!  Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Georgia Pulled Pork Barbeque

Slow Cooker Georgia Pulled Pork Barbeque

Oh, how I love slow cooker recipes!  There is something just magical about being able to do minimum preparations and then letting the slow cooker do its thing and making a wonderful dinner for you and your family.  The sauce this recipe calls for does take some work, but it seems relatively straight-forward.  The meat is very simple to cook.  This sounds really good, and considering my husband’s love of BBQ and pork, this will be a hit with him.  I hope you score a big thank you from your family by making this! Enjoy!

Momma’s Sloppy Joes

Momma’s Sloppy Joes

I was googling ground beef recipes and came across this one.  It is super easy and is such a mainstay comfort food that it is in a league unto itself.  I remember mom making these when I was growing up, so huge nostalgia factor going on.  Hope you enjoy!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

I love cooking with balsamic vinegar and came across this recipe searching for new chicken recipes.  It seems straight forward with simple ingredients.  Loving the simple!  As I’ve mentioned before, my husband tolerates chicken and I love it, so I am always looking for new ways to prepare it to keep him happy.  So, I hope this recipe sounds good to you and enjoy!

Tangy Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

Tangy Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

I haven’t given you a recipe for fruit salad, so I thought I’d google it and came across this recipe.  It’s super easy, as most fruit salads are but it does have a little bit of a twist, or at least that is the claim.  My husband is big into fruit so I’ll be trying this recipe myself, that man eats fruit like most eat potato chips!  Anyway, enjoy this super simple recipe and enjoy the summer fruit while it is still with us.
